I've bought 2!

On sale this is a great deal. A firm breathable lightweight chair that doesn't take up a lot of room (armrests can be set close to the seat to minimize width of the chair during assembly but are not adjustable except by using the hex wrench provided). Arm height and seat height are adjustable. Very good lower back support and a short enough seat that you can actually get your back up against that support. For this price it may not be durable enough for years of 8-hour per day service but I'm buying one for each of my offices.

Very Comfortable

I have bought 2 of these chairs for my estimator. They are very happy of the suppot and comfort this chair gives. The mesh is very nice for reduced heat. For the money quality and comfort of this chair I would recommend it to everyone that sits behind a desk for long hours at a time.

Hyken vs. $700 Aeron
on June 15, 2014
Posted by: Paula K.
I own both a hyken and an aeron. Comparing the two is hardly fair considering the Aeron will fetch $700 - or one would think! - I prefer the Hyken - seriously! My experience is that I prefer the hyken. Biggest difference is the amazing neck support. I never thought I needed a neck /head support. Now I cant do without one. The Aeron is a softer mesh and more customizable...but if you were looking to drop $700 for an office chair you wouldnt be readign this post. CONS -The arms are a bit high (compared to the aeron) even at their lowest setting -The mesh is a bit 'rough' if you are used to leather or something super soft. It takes a day or two to get used to it. -Suits average sized people better than tall I imagine. The neck rest could cause isses if you are tall (tall= 6'2"+) I am 5'10" and its literally perfect. If you are taller I recomend you test drive it at staples before you buy. PROS -Holy ergonomics batman - fixed my back issues - need I say more. -Look at the way the seat drops in the back...creates a perfect aligned back..."take that exercise ball" -No one will ever admit this on the sales floor but you can pass gas without leaning to one side...sounds silly...until you do it and realize this is the most amazing chair ever.

great gaming chair

the mesh in the chair does not get hot from sitting in it for hours at a time so i do not sweat in it. it feels nice. After playing a game for a couple of hours it will help you straighten your back (I tend to hunch my back after a while). the arms are not to hard and the head rest is just a plus to the chair. you can adjust the chair up and down the arm rest inward and outward as well as up and down and the back rest can be moved in or out. you are able to lean back with the chair; this can be adjusted too. the chair was easy to put together also its not that heavy. it moves around pretty easily on the carpet but i would recommend getting it a mat. overall I am happy with my purchase.
