Haven't had it for long but seems pretty good so far. I'm 6' 2" ish 175lbs and it fits me well; headrest could use a little bit more upward range but the rest of the dimensions work fine. Good quality good size and an excellent price; hard to beat.

Chair arrived promptly. It was easy to put together. Comfortable seat for long work day. The only issue is the seat does not stay raised. I am short and weigh 125 so have seat raised to max. Slowly throughout the day it sinks down so I am adjusting constantly. I do not see anything under the seat to adjust.
