Assembly is straightforward construction appears acceptable but not exceptional. I have only had it for a few weeks so no information on longevity. The mesh material is very rough to the touch which makes it uncomfortable if you have exposed skin (like wearing shorts). The major problem with this chair is it is it fits only a certain body type. At 6'4" the headrest landed solidly into the top of my shoulders at the highest possible setting. I've removed the headrest and the chair works OK as a mid-height chair with the top of the chair resting on the bottom inch of my shoulder blades. The arm rests are also rather narrow and brush my hips as I get in and out (at the maximum width setting). not enough to cause discomfort or difficulty but if I had more heft I would not fit. My wife is the opposite at barely over 5' she could not sit comfortably due to the depth of the seat and the lowest setting. I'm sure there is someone who this chair fits but it is not us.

We had this chair in our corporate office and I brought it home when we went remote. I bought another one because it was the most comfortable chair we had for work at home and everyone wanted to use it! The gray makes it look a BIT less commercial. Great value really comfortable.

Gifted this chair to my mum who's been working from home. She wasn't sure it would be comfortable due to the mesh but ended up liking the chair for it's comfort and numerous adjustments. It was also fairly easy to assemble.

I was struggling with working from home. My setup wasn’t like work and I would end up in pain or have numbing in my neck my arms etc. This table helped alleviate the issues with its head rest lower lumbar support and overall curve of the chair. I feel like I am being hugged! A must buy!

I've owned this chair for a little over 3 years. And if you need to do a real personal makeover or maybe start a business. This chair is a great crutch. The only design flaw with mine is that the front cushion will eventually tear off if you sit down repeatedly. *If your looking to pull a bunch of 12 hour days in a chair working on yourself. Then this is the way to let your butt breath and the design really works. Great chair personally I like the company but I wouldn't buy this chair again. Again the cushion tears off when you repeatedly sit in it so it's your workhorse. When you learn it reclines... it's probably time to buy a new chair. I was working all the time while I used it so thanks UPS preload. I have no idea how long it would last someone with a more entrepreneurial brain. Happy sit.
