The fabric of the seat part is broken for around 3cm when I received the chair.

The adjustments move the chair items about 1/2 inch which is next to nothing. Lumbar support is locked in a low adjustment with only the 1/2 inch adjustment. Height adjustment is the only redeeming grace.
