3.5 stars. Headrest doesn't fit if you're over 6'

Generally a pretty good chair. I have an Aeron at work and this is maybe 2/3 the quality for 1/4 the price. Good for covid work at home. The headrest though digs into my neck it adjusts but even at the highest setting. I have had to take it off. Otherwise decent time will tell. If I'd paid full price I would've rated it lower but at the sale price with a coupon it was a fairly good deal.

I was looking for a comfortable desk chair to replace one that was uncomfortable for hours at the desk and this filled the bill. I tried all the chairs in the store and the Hyken was the best. I love the mesh fabric and the adjustability plus it also looks great. I would definitely recommend this chair. I am 5’8” and the headrest fits perfectly for my torso. Because the head rest is not adjustable in height I would imagine it might be too low for a person 5’11” or taller so try it in the store if you can. All in all a very comfortable chair and seems to be well made.

The chair is overall of good quality and comfort! I do wish the headrest was adjustable. I am 6’ 2” and I have to use the chair without the headrest because it doesn’t hit me in the right spot.

This chair is awesome! I left the arms off (which is nice to have this option) and love how supporting it is. The only thing is that I am about 5'11" and the headrest does not go high enough for me...if I lean all the way back maybe but otherwise a brilliant chair

While the chair has a ton of features including being able to lean back change the height of the arm rest etc I don’t like the neck support it offers. Also I’m quite short and the height adjustments are limited

I love my chair. I always order one whenever I start a new job. The way the chair contours to my back. The adjustable back piece is awesome. Although I wish the arms on the chair move outwards. The headrest is the best. The look of this chair is executive but its a task chair. The last time I purchased a chair like this it was black. I would definitely recommend.
