I'm not a huge chair guy but that's probably because I've never really had a good chair. The moment I sat in this chair I understood why people are so particular about their chairs. And this isn't even that expensive of a chair. But it offers good support good materials is very comfortable and offers quite a bit of features like a good head rest adjustable height and lockable reclining feature. Easy to put together and all things considered it's very affordable. If you're just getting into office chairs and stuff it's definitely one to try out. The first night I put it together I fell asleep in it. Great chair.

Nice chair comfortable. I could imagine it not being great for someone taller (like over 6'2" or so). The assembly instructions were amazingly clear and the necessary parts were divided up by assembly step.

Don’t buy if you taller than 5 foot 10 inch. Height of the torso support is not adjustable.

Only problem is that the gap between seating and neck is not adjustable so for the tall (6 foot) people like me it’s difficult to get both support back and neck together. If I sit straight enough to support my back then neck support start touching back of shoulder. This is uncomfortable. I wasted so much money to buy this.

The chair is wonderful. I was able to adjust it to fit very easily. The only thing that annoyed me was my shopping experience. I wasn't offered the purchase online deliver to the store for assembly on tax free Sunday. I needed a chair so went back on Monday to review my options. That is when the online purchase was suggested. The first chair came to the store damaged and I had to wait an additional day. So I paid extra for tax and had to wait after my promised delivery date - the store didn't offer anything to offset my additional cost and aggravation.
