Great chair!

We ordered 3 of these chairs. We like that there are adjustments on the chair to the height rocking mechanism arms and head rest as each of us sit a little differently in our chairs. The chair is comfortable and sets well for the entire 8 hours.

This mesh task chair has the feel of an executive chair. The only reason it did not receive 5 stars is becuise of the headrest screw on the left side (only uses 2) did not seat properly. To me this feature is an extra since the lumbar support and feel is spot on. Arm rests and its ability to recline work like it should. Delivery was speedy even after a one day delay (Staples called). Great investment for the price so far...

This chair feels so good on your upper and lower back. Perfect for long hours at the computer. The support is amazing it's a little pricey but worth it for an aching back.

I purchased the Staples Hyken Mesh Chair as a gift for my son he is 6'4 and I wanted to purchase a chair that would be comfortable for someone of his height and within my price range. He tells me that it is quite comfortable so I am very happy with my purchase. However I might not have made a purchase if it wasn't for Cameron a young gentleman that works at your Okeechobee Blvd. store in West Palm Beach FL. Cameron very helpful knowledgable and polite. He renewed my faith that "customer service" is still important to some companies and Staples is one of them. Cameron is truly an asset to your company.

This chair is not as comfortable as the earlier model (about three years ago). However the construction appears to be a little heavier duty.
