The item was damaged during shipping and Staples was less than helpful in getting the item replaced. Will not be purchasing online at all from them again.

Comfortable But Headrest Too Low

I was looking for an ergonomic home office chair that I could sit in for hours at a time. I really liked this mesh chair. It was the most comfortable one I tried within the $150 - $250 price range and an excellent value compared to similar chairs. That said I may have to return it since my shoulders touch the headrest when sitting upright and I'm only average height at 5'9". If I slouch somewhat I fit in the chair better but the headrest acts more like a neck rest causing me neck pain. Therefore I wouldn't recommend this chair if you're taller than 5'6" since the headrest lacks sufficient height adjustability... such a shame because everything else about this chair is wonderful. Pros: Easy to assemble (use a tool kit instead of the included allen wrench) Comfortable mesh Good value Cons: Headrest doesn't have sufficient height adjustment capability - not recommended if you're taller than 5'6"

Comfortable recliner chair and easy to assemble. Only negative aspect is it can't be adjusted higher than I wanted..

Supportive in all the right places cool and comfortable mesh and adjustable to make it work easily with my existing desk set up. If you need a chair to keep you comfortable for an 8-10 hour day this is the right chair to choose.

This item is a cleaver design and was very comfortable to sit in at the store. Since I was unable to fit it in my automobile I placed the order online.and I received it in less than a week. I proceded to assemble it and discovered that the seat assembly had defective fasteners requiring replacement parts. Customer Service was easy to reach very courtious and helpful. Two calls were required to order the correct replacement parts and it wiil be another five to seven days for them to be delivered.

This is a vert comfortable desk chair at a very reasonable price. The back and neck support in the chair is exceptional Lumbar support is excellent.
