It's bouncy because of all the mesh which makes it more cushioning than a real cushion I think. You can easily adapt the arm rest and height but the only problem is the head rest doesn't go up and down so if you are tall like me (six foot) the head rest will cut into your shoulders. So I took it off and it worked fine without it. I would have loved it the head rest could go up and down because it looks comfy but it's not essential to the performance of the chair. And it looks like a really fancy chair. It upgraded the look of my office
This chair is comparable to those 3x the cost that my work paid for. The mesh doesn't break down like the cushions other similar priced exec chairs do. This replaced my home office chair that was giving me bottom pains and since they have stopped due to the contours. I had been looking for a while but didn't want to pay $400+ so I was very happy to find this deal.
I am very happy with my new Staples Hyken Technical Mesh Task Chair Black. It good for my posture and quite comfortable. I made the right decision for me.
This chair is extremely small. I am 6' and the headrest hits my shoulders. That is the reason I took out the headrest and using it as a regular chair. The lumbar support is good. The best think about the chair is that you are able to maintain your position because the material does not slip so there is a low tendency to slouch.
I love this chair! Great back support and the mesh material of the seat and back are very breathable. I would recommend this chair over the more expensive "executive chairs".
So far product is fine & helps with lower back support which is the main reason I purchased it. Assembly required longer than I anticipated due to the ambiguous instructions. There are numerous features I will never use due to the space limitations of my location. (Arms & headrest) Otherwise so far so good. (approx. 1 month in use)
