The chair is very comfortable. We bought this chair for us and our employees and we all agree this chair is comfortable for most heights. We will be purchasing more of these chairs as we hire more employees.

This chair replaced a year old worn out chair. It is comfortable firm back and seat - the only thing I don’t like is the headrest - not a lot of flexibility. Being short it is more of a discomfort.

not supportive

I bought this chair because it is supposed to be supportive for 8+ hours a day but it is no more comfortable or less painful on my back than the old broken down chairs my office provides for free. It is comfortable if you sit way back into the headrest but you can't actually type like that so it is not well designed. You are better off paying more for something that actually supports your back.
