Overall pretty decent. Things I like: - I like the mesh material and the headset. Definitely favorite parts of the chair. - Lumbar support is pretty decent. Little difficult to adjust but overall a positive. - Tilt tension adjustability/amount is pretty good. Things that could be better: - The tilt lock has set levels which feels a bit limited. When you release the tilt lock there's a fair degree of adjustability which is great but once you lock the tilt the chair will lock into one of the preset tilt amounts (at least that's what's happened to me). - Some of the plastic does feel a bit cheaper than other chairs of similar type that I've used but at this price point something's got to give. Overall -- happy with my purchase. Good budget competitor to higher-end chairs that tend to be >$300.
We own an EazeeChairs Ergonomic but it was out of stock. This chair is exactly like the EazeeChair and at a better price. There are two types of this chair we got one for small\medium size people.
I could blame my desk for being too high or the chair too low. I had to add a cushion. I'd like to have the ability to use the mesh seat so maybe a new desk in the future. It is a good chair recommended by my chiropractor
Great chair. My complaints would be maybe more adjustment but mostly the headrest. It is comfortable but so loose that it falls to the bottom everytime you get up. When you sit back down you have to raise it. A little drag would be nice so that it stays in place. I wedged a rubber band in it.So far I'd still buy again.
I concur with a couple of comments regarding the chair. For me (5'8") the headrest did not adjust up high enough and poked me in the shoulder blades if I leaned back into the chair. Also although having a chair with lumbar support is nice this chair's lumbar support protrudes too much and is not adjustable (at least not from what I could see). Lastly the chair did not adjust down enough for me to have my feet completely flat on the floor. I returned the chair due to these reasons and I wasn't too keen on the material on the seat.
Very good lower back and neck support at a reasonable cost

Very happy with the purchase so far about a month into it. The chair was easy to assemble and very comfortable when comparing within similarly priced $150-$200 category (I got a decent deal). I've had chronic back issues and this chair made me feel better about having to sit in one place for longer durations as compared to some others highly rated chairs that I tried at similar price point. Very good lower back and neck support.
