Very Good Chair (So Far)

I just purchased the chair about 10 days ago after having seen and sat in the chair at several Staples stores. The arrived last week. I ordered that Staples National Assembly Service (NAS) to take care of the assembly. Communication between the NAS and me went very well. The installer arrived at the agreed upon date and time and did a very good job assembling the chair and adjusting the arms and height to my specifications. The chair is extremely comfortable. It has a partially adjustable lumbar support (which is why I ordered it) and a headrest. It is very comfortable and so far is extremely durable. I purchased it when it was on sale and so far it has been a great investment for my back and me.

Cracked plastic.

A part of the plastic under the chair was cracked but the chair is still usable. I would have exchanged the product but the chair is a bit cumbersome.

The upper mesh are easily broken under normal use. After using 9 months it's completely unusable.
