Overall really good chair. It’s comfortable. The headrest is nice. Sturdy and nicely built. Just make sure you buy the right chair for your height. I have short legs and noticed I can’t reach the floor even on its lowest setting. A buddy of mine has the same one for my right heigh but I bought the wrong one unfortunately. Wish I realized this before I bought this one but it is what it is.

Instructions were amazingly simple. I did it myself in 45 minutes. Problem - chair is so comfortable and relaxing - difficult to work!!! Posture is much better and my neck does not hurt at the end of the day. Do not hesitate to purchase this chair.

I'm short 5'1" so most desk chairs are too deep for me and I can't sit properly with my back against the back of the chair which causes back and hip pain. I fit perfectly in this chair and the lumbar support is in the perfect spot to support my lower back. My level of back pain has been reduced since I started using this chair and it's super comfortable...I really love it. Plus it wasn't difficult to assemble. I did it myself in less than 30 minutes.

When I received my delivery I noticed the box had a large tear in the side. I opened the box and everything looked fine except for a chip in the paint on the chair’s base. After contacting customer service they sent me a replacement chair (which arrived the next day) as well as instructions on how to return the first chair. I’ve assembled the second chair and am happy with the comfort and quality. Great product and fantastic customer service Staples!

It is a good quality chair and it has good ergonomics. It was easy to assemble. The headrest adjustments are kind of poor and may not work for many taller than 5'10''.
