Assembly mostly easy. Problem attaching both screws for headrest. Screws should have taper. Chair is very comfortable and supports well.

Both the lumbar support and the headrest are loose and will not stay in the preferred position. Union & Scale replaced the lumbar support (but I had to install it) and I am asking them today to replace the headrest.

This chair is cool and comfortable. Almost everything is adjustable. The only thing I can't find is seat tilt. It's more like a bucket seat. Which is good for the fact I bought it to support my back.

The chair is great but my torso is longer so it would be a perfect chair if the neck rest would have another feature to adjust it's height not just the 3 positions. My neck is still hurting so not sure if keeping the chair.
