The headrest was ythe clincher for me. Resently set a corner desk up in our lanai. This chair has the adjustable features I like and is not massive. It doesn't take up much space and is very comfortable.
My only disappointment is - when I sit straight up (I'm 6' tall) the headrest hit's my shoulders. I have to adjust my seating when I lean back. Straight up is uncomfortable. My wife is shorter than I am and it's perfect for her.
This chair is great looking with the black mesh and silver. It sits straight up so when pushed in it does not take up much floor space. The arms are sleek but perfect for supporting your arms. The entire chair is very supportive and the mechanical parts to lean back swivel and roll are very smooth. I highly recommend this chair...especially for the price.
Great ergo chair. Breathable and suited for long hours at your desk!

I appreciate this chair. The ONLY downfall are the hard armrests! Cushioned armrests would make this chair exceptional. Otherwise a good buy. No chances for stains on this chair either!
I love my new chair. It is comfortable but I purchased it because of the breathability and the neck rest. My former chair was also from Staples. It was a cushioned fabric type chair on wheels and I was always hot which was uncomfortable. The only thing that doesn't work well is the neck support. It was considerably more expensive purchasing this chair with neck support instead of another similar style without the neck support. One of us is 6'2" and the other averge height 5'4". It doesn't adjust enough for the tall person to be comfortable. I know the chair can be returned but after putting it together and facing the hauling and putting it together again it takes more time than I can spare.
