Problem with extended use

My son and I both got this chair over a year ago. He is 5'11" and I am 5'6". Neither one of us is heavy. Chair seemed OK at first but when used for long stretches of time the edge of the seat presses into the calf of the leg. That can be quite sore. If you expect to spend long periods of time in the chair consider a different choice..

The Hyken has demonstrated itself as a great office chair. The mesh is comfortable and sturdy. It seems to hold up much better than vinyl and typical cloth padding and provides its own air conditioning.

The chair checks most of the boxes for me. The left arm came damaged and I was expeditiously shipped a new part in just two days. This chair feels really good for my low back which suffers from chronic discomfort. I do wish there was a bit more controllability of the headrest and lumbar support each of which only has 3-4 positions.
