We bought the chair unassembled and my 15 year old granddaughter did the assembly which tells you is is not difficult to put together. There was a small plastic button for the armrest that was not formed correctly so that the armrest would not adjust when installed. I called support and they promised to send out a new piece. I am writing this review prior to receiving the replacement part. The chair came with an attachable headrest we did not install as it seemed unnecessary to us. Others may not agree. The chair is comfortable and quite serviceable. To this point we are pleased with the chair.

Very nice mesh chair Try it first

This chair was not available in my local store so I ordered it on-line and it arrived quickly. Assembly was no worse than other chairs I have purchased thru Staples. I am using the chair in a very narrow space next to my bed so I assembled it with out the arms. I cannot say anything about them. This chair is replacing one that was a mesh back and fabric seat. The mesh allows much better for 'breathing' so you do not sweat as much while siting. The mesh seat feels softer that the seat of the task chair it replaces. The only problem I notice is the base of the chair feels narrow. I think this is because I am sitting with my legs slightly open and my thighs are pressing against rim of the seat I was going to leave off the headrest at first but decided not to. It seems a little low even all the way up. The lumbar support works for me but the adjustment is up and down (not in and out) and makes little difference. I like that the seat back recline lock lever moves up and down. On the prior chair the lever went in and out and the bed tended to push it in locking the seat back. After several weeks of use I like the chair. Bottom line is: Try the chair in store before purchasing it and think how you sit.

Love it. I've always used the highback leather type but this one is much more comfortable. The jury is still out on the headrest but I may remove it.

I bought one of these chairs a year ago but am sorry that my first chair kept going down and I tried to fix but had no success. I had to discard it and bought a second chair. I would never by insurance on a chair. Ridiculous.
