The seat and back are a mesh so that you won't get overheated the back tilts and the head rest adjusts (only very minimally) and the lumbar support is great! Nice chair for the home office...we bought two.

One of the best office/desk chairs around. You can sit for extended periods of time and not feel exhausted when you get up. In hot areas you feel cradled in coolness.

We love this chair...I've has 2 of them (one for me and one for my wife) for the longest time and they are both in excellent condition...no sag in any of the spots that provide support. I liked it so much that when I needed a chair for my work bench area I ordered another one.

The chair was readily available for delivery and straightforward to assemble. A helper was useful because it got a little awkward when upside down. Good solid chair easy to adjust and comfortable. I recommend it.
