If you're shorter than 5'4" the neck rest (non adjustable) may sit awkwardly on the back of your head. If you don't mind it's a very comfy chair for long days of sitting at a desk. After using for a week I'm already seeing an improvement in hip problems I was having from sitting on a stiffer chair. Assembly was easy to do.

I wanted to like this chair but it's extremely uncomfortable. I am not a slender person so th plastic around the sides of the chair dig into my legs in the back. And the lumbar support is too much it hurts my back. My back was sore for a week. I love the reclining feature but this chair is not for me. I am 5 feet so the head rest is pointless. A taller person who is slender may love this chair.

For the price I am very happy with my chair. It’s mesh and fits to my body well. I’m glad it has a head rest. And the arms are adjustable. It hit all of my check boxes and on top of that it’s pretty comfy. Definitely would recommend
