I am not sure if the product is defective or the chair is that bad but the screws were so bad and old that i was not able to put the chair together. Extremely unhappy with the product and with staples.

So the fair is very comfortable But the little headrest I was unable to put on the back of the chair because the holes on the back of chair and not lined up correctly so the screws did not fit in and the plastic is in the way other then that I like the chair

I immediately felt the difference once I sat on the chair. I was nervous about purchasing it because the price was cheap. But I can’t believe what I got for so little. I sit anywhere from 6-8 hours without any issues. It’s really comfortable and well made!

I bought this chair to use in my home office since I just found out that after almost two years I'll still be working from home for an additional 10-12 months. The chair I had before was ok for a couple of hours at the computer but not for 8-9 hours/day 5 days/week. This chair is great the mesh is breathable so it doesn't make me hot. The adjustable lumbar support is a game changer. And you can't beat the price. I tried the chair at the store before I ordered it. For reference I am a petite woman 5'2" and 120 lbs. but the chair can easily accommodate taller heavier individuals since it has several adjustable settings. I initially wanted the chair in black but it was not available. I guess the red one is ok too. Highly recommend.

Nothing is perfect and chairs are a personal preference. For me male 5'11" and 170 this chair provides the right amount of support and comfort. I live where the weather is HOT during the summer and the mesh fabric is great in the summer. If I lived where the winter was cold the mesh might not be so comfortable. I am always able to find a comfortable setting with the adjustments available. Other chairs might have more adjustments or more comfortable fabrics but they often cost MUCH more. This is my fourth one of these and I can say that the longevity is as good as any other chairs that I have owned. Plus parts seem to be available if you do need a replacement. And Staples seems to have very good customer service in my own experience with them.
