It was good for the price. The comfort level is good. Arm and back adjustment was good. Headrest was good too. The problem is the seat front is not designed well and making hard to sit longer time. It is also creating pain to the legs when sitting longer than hour or more. The mesh type seat is was creating heat when sitting for hours and have burning feeling and discomfort for a long period use. The arm adjustment was not getting fixed to each height and automatically adjusted to a certain position instead of the required height. Same goes with the back adjustment as well. Overall it was okay and since it was just a week of use need to see how it goes for longer periods.

Was using a crappy "executive" fake leather chair for years and I added my own lumbar pad thinking it was doing a decent job supporting my back. Wrong. I had back pain a lot. Tried out many chairs and the Hyken felt the best to me. Love the lumbar and I've adjust the tilt resistance to just the right amount that it moves with my back. The headrest is great too. Easy to assemble.too. 20 min or so. Excellent quality chair! For the price unbeatable in my opinion. And the red looks great!

I purchased two of these chairs and have had no issues as of yet. My favorite feature on the chair is the adjustable head/neck rest. I also like the sliding adjustable lumbar pad that can be moved up or down slightly to make sitting in the chair more ergonomically correct depending on your posture. I love that the arm rests go up for a better comfort at a desk or work station and go down to fit under a desk or work station. Overall a good chair as with other reviews with the duration of comfort "GET UP AND TAKE A WALK" every now and again. It is not good for anyone to sit for long periods of time they will probably find that no chair can accommodate that comfort level.
