A nice chair that kept me cool but not enough support for long days

I use the chair for hours at a time and found the adjustable lumbar support was a few position up or down and didn't move forward all that much. I ended up returning the chair for a "beefier" one (Beautyrest)

I really like this chair. It was very easy to put together. The only thing I would change is that the arms don't go down further. I just need to adjust it so they are not as close in which is an option when putting it together. Highly recommend.

Hydraulic cylinder lasted 30 days!!

Overall the chair is comfortable (although more compact than my last chair - tighter feel). In the last week I started having problems with the hydraulic action. Sometimes the chair would be stiff and not go down at all. Yesterday it just sank to its lowest setting when I sat on it. Very disappointed for a $200+ chair. Going back to Staples today to see what they can do.
