The shape fits me therefore the chair is very comfortable.But the spring may be too strong so it is hard to tilt back.

The chair was very easy to assemble and the only tool required was the supplied allen wrench. It is extremely comfortable and the multiple adjustments make it easy to find the exact configuration for comfort.

Great service good chair

The chair is more comfortable than other super expensive office chairs I have tried. The shop assistant and the store manager went out their way to get me the discounted price which was on the tag but not in the system. The only problem was the finish on the base was damaged and I did not notice until the whole thing had been assembled. good purchase!
