Has all the features you want from a good office chair. Comfortable in most ways. My only complaint is the arm rest they raise and lower easily enough but its hard to adjust them horizontally.

My main complaint about this chair is that there isn't a way to adjust the head rest height. Because of this it constantly hits me it the back of my shoulders. Other than that I like the chair. If you're under 6' it probably won't be an issue.

this chair provides good comfort encourages good posture with it's excellent lumbar support. Also the chair is more ventilated due to the perforated fabric so tend to not feel as hot or uncomfortable around the seat and back area. So far so good I thought durability might be sacrificed with this kind of fabric however it's holding up quite well. I would definitely purchase this chair again.

Mesh seating is probably nice in the summer but chilly in the winter. Lumbar support isn't as adjustable as it could be. So-so.

When I sat in the demo chair it felt like a hug for my body. Ahhhhh That feeling remains. This chair is perfect for me. The headrest hits just right to fully support me when I join the meditation group on Zoom (LOL only in 2020). I'm also fully supported as I sit sometimes for hours at my desk. I love its adjustability and how well it supports my low back. This is one chair I would highly recommend. And I found it on sale! Even better.

I had another mesh chair and was happy with it until I got this one. The Seat was cushion on the other one and the back lumbar support is really good in this one.
