I was going to pick up the chair in the store but the box had so much tape on it that I was sure it was a returned item. Store employees helpfully ordered one for me from the warehouse… Which arrived with lots of tape on it and a couple of small holes in the box. When I opened the box everything looked jumbled. Not a good first impression but the instructions were clear all the parts were present and it only took me 30 or 40 minutes to put together. Someone who is handier than I am could probably do it in 15 or 20. It’s really comfortable and it looks good too.

This chair has terrific back and neck support. The mesh backing is cooler than traditional leather or fabric. My friends put it together for me and were so impressed they went out immediately to find one for themselves.

For little over a hundred bucks I think this is the best chair with back support and full 100% mesh + the headrest. Next step up would be the Aeron chairs that cost literally 5 to 10 times the Staples Hyken chair. I've had this chair for few months and I have been enjoying it a lot!
