Happy at first; not now.

Bought 8 of these for my desk and conference table. Back and head/neck support are good. Seat was good at first but I've found it becomes uncomfortable after prolonged use. Two significant problems: 1. Foam insert/form at front of seat has broken away on all of the chairs (3) that see frequent use. I am constantly pushing them back in place only to have them move out of position again within an hour. What's more chunks are ripping out of the foam as it is dragged back off of the underlying plastic. I went to my local Staples to ask about buying replacement foam inserts. I was told that they do not sell such parts and that I should just buy new chairs! 2. The texturing on the armrests abrades my elbows whenever I work at my desk wearing a short sleeve shirt. Pretty painful (and occasionally bloody). I wound up putting microfiber towel "sleeves" around the armrests as a fix. That has worked so far but it was a nasty lesson. Recommendation: they are OK as light use conference table chairs but not as daily use desk chairs.

This chair is cool and comfortable. Almost everything is adjustable. The only thing I can't find is seat tilt. It's more like a bucket seat. Which is good for the fact I bought it to support my back.

The Hyken Mesh Task Chair is very comfortable and supportive but the headrest is useless because it does not touch the back of your head unless you slouch down into the chair.

This is the second batch of chairs we have purchased for the office. The Hyken mesh chairs are comfortable durable and a great value. And--we Love the Red!!! The only problem we've found with these Hyken chairs is the headrest does not fit tall people.

Highly recommend this chair...I researched for a month and went to a Staples to sit on one and it really does deserve the ratings that it gets. Also assembly was easy...great instructions and easy set up. You don't need anything ... They give you an Allen wrench and that is all you need to assemble.
