looks quite nice. my wife found she needed a cushion to be comfortable. Mesh was too hard for her. She also added a separate lumbar support the support in the chair didn't give her any support. She is 5'4" 130. Considering returning as a chair this expensive should not need addons to be comfortable. Need the stores to open so a actual sit on is possible.

Chair is solid comfortable

Purchased the Hyken chair and once assembled it is solid and comfortable. A great buy. Some issues: I had it delivered and it came a day after the predicted date of arrival. Then upon assembly I found that a plastic knob on the seat plate was smashed. I called the phone number on the instruction sheet and a very very nice and helpful person mailed me another seat plate which took about 4 days to reach me. The instruction sheet is as simple as can be but has at least one error that resulted in my having two extra bolts at the end of the process. But even with my inability to assemble anything I quickly figured out where those bolts go. A few issues but the chair is worth what I paid for it and then some.

Love the chair

I struggled for a long time with an old chair that hurt my back and bottom if I used it for a long time. This new chair is wonderful. Supports my back and with the mesh is cool no matter how long I sit. The back can be firm or recline. I am glad the Staples chair expert guided me to this chair. I am a happy sitter.

Caused back spasms

The lumbar support hits my back in the worst way. It caused me spasms. Unfortunately the 14 days were up and I'm now stuck. My husband has the same chair and likes it but for me it was just awful. I have bought a replacement.
