This is the second one of these chairs I have purchased. I purchased the first one 9 years ago and wore it out. It is still usable but the cylinder will lower at random times. I work from home and average between 40 and 50 hours per week. It’sa good chair.
This chair is so comfortable that I was sitting in it at home after work as done. The lumbar and head support adjustments make the biggest differences to choose this over the other chairs at Staples. Glad I took my time and went with this one.
I am about 5'11" and this chair is too small for me. The headrest hits me in the shoulders and the lumbar support does not go up high enough and is very uncomfortable. The padding on the lumbar support is also very thin and the plastic digs into me. I had to remove the lumbar support from the chair. I will need to find a solution to heighten the headrest it us currently sitting on the floor next to my desk. Overall the chair seems to be well made and sturdy but i would not recommend it for anyone over 5'8" or 5'9"
I was in the market looking for a chair due to back issues. When I sat in this chair I just knew this was the one for me. I work from home and needed a chair with support. I like the color and of course the support.
The build quality of this chair is fantastic for the price. It's quite comfortable. However the head rest is not adjustable and if you are 6ft+ it will hit your upper shoulders. The solution would be to just not install it.
the back support is hard the mesh is not as soft as originally thought miss having a cushion on the seat. I had to add a lumbar support pillow as the hard plastic that is the lumbar support on the chair became painful. Not good for desk if you have to sit for a long time...
