I love my chair. I sew sometimes for hours. If my neck & back become fatigued I lay back & relax them. The head rest is a blessing. I have recommended it to a friend already

Gas Cylinder is Terrible

Chair: Rated for 275 lbs. Me: Rated at 220 - 225 lbs. Pneumatic Cylinder: Nope. I've owned this for about 18 months (purchased in store not online so not exactly sure). I always check the weight rating on chairs. Okay so I did that. I even made sure there was a 20% margin of error. And yet this chair failed anyway leaving me with a sinking feeling that it needs to be replaced. Is it really too much to ask for a product to do what it promises? Apparently so.
I got this in comparison to a Herman Miller Aeron chair and it does an excellent job at a fraction of the price. I did upgrade one thing and got some of those replacement wheels that are like inline skate wheels. Now it glides like a dream. Also got the replacement plan to combat those reviews that said the material tore well if it does now it'll be replaced. So I'd say an overall excellent value and comfort level.

Chair is very comfortable

The chair arrived quickly and with all parts. It was easy to assemble and is very comfortable and has very good back support.
Lumbar I guess could be better the head rest is a bit lose. Otherwise it’s a really nice and comfortable chair. I sit in it for over 7-8 hours a day at times. Gaming chairs are a gimmick this is the real deal at the right price. I caught it on saw for 150
Finding a chair for the home office was a challenge. This one worked well. Mesh seat makes it cooler than typical foam or leather. And it has enough adjustments to make arms and back feel great. So far so good!
