The front cushion of the seat wore out less than a year after purchase. When contacting the manufacturer they argue with you about the part that needs to be replaced. They want to send only the cushion and not the whole SEAT section of the chair.

Theses chairs are awesome for lower back and neck. The neck portion by using adjustable arms. The back is definately great for adjusting and helping you sit properly. The mesh seats are as said.
