Easy to assemble. Comfortable professional look at a budget friendly price. Only downside is the inability to adjust the back height for those with a tall torso or the inability to adjust the width of the arm rest for those with wide hips which is the only reason why I gave it 4 out of 5 starts.

I got the chair within 2 days...quick and love the comfort of the chair. I am going back to school online and know that I am going to need a comfortable place to sit and I am so happy that I bought it. Thank you Staples.

For the price the seat is very comfortable although the back is a little stiff for my taste. It was easy to assemble and overall a very easy purchase with quick delivery.

Best task chair I've ever had

Assembly was easy because of the labeled and colored parts. It's reduced my neck and back pain associated with computer work significantly. Having the arm rests higher encourages good posture and the lumbar support is in the right area. The only thing I don't like about the chair is not finding it years ago.
