I wasn't impressed with the previous office chair I had from Staples but I endured it for several years. One day my wife sat in it at the computer and was outraged at its discomfort and instability. We then shopped at a nearby Staples store tried this chair and ordered it on line for delivery at home. Assembly was easy enough and the chair is most comfortable; it also has a very classic and professional look in the office. I'm pleased to give it 5 stars and recommend it for any office or gamer use. I'm also pleased that Staples is a staple in my office.

Pretty easy to assemble. This chair is ultra comfortable with nice head and neck support. My wife liked it so much I bought one for her for the kitchen table in place of her kitchen chair. You won't regret buying this chair!

We've only had our chairs for a few days now. From my experience so far it's amazing how well the chairs were designed so that they could be assembled at home. The kit has separate bags for each step and the number of screws for each step is different. Also they label the pieces with an arrow towards the front so you really can't make a mistake.

Thought this chair would be the perfect fit for us but the back of chair for lumbar support was very uncomfortable. The seat was smaller than expected where legs were hanging over too much to cut circulation off. Probably a good fit for a petite person.
