I like the look but after a week+ of use I’m getting rid of this chair. I can’t find a comfortable spot for the lumbar support you can’t adjust the height of the headrest (just the angle) and the seat bottom doesn’t provide enough support against hard plastic sides underneath.

While this is not a perfect chair (do you want to spend $500+ on a Herman Miller chair?) it seems pretty good. I just purchased this and set it up yesterday. So I am still testing it out. However it is much more ergonomically comfortable than my old chair. Also there are some fixes to two things I have read people complaining about. 1. Regarding complaints about the arm rests being too narrow this can be adjusted a bit by loosening the screws and pulling the arm rests out a bit further. It will provide about another 1/3rd to 1/2" extension on each side. 2. The headrest not being comfortable. I think the headrest is not engineered correctly to fit properly. However if you loosen the screws that attach the headset to the chair the headset can be adjusted just a bit further which to me makes the headset comfortable. The set-up of the chair was fairly easy with good instructions.

I bought one of these for me a couple of months ago and every time I left my desk I would come back to it with someone else using my chair. I have a small office so maybe this addition will let me have my chair back. I would recommend this chair.

Not recommended for short people

I’m 5’2 and my experience is that the lumbar support cannot be adjusted well for such height. No matter in which position I put the lumbar support the padding is too strong and also it comes up too high on my back and it keeps pushing my spine forward and thus my pelvis is tilting backwards. This tilted position gives me a huge pressure on my spine and I literally can’t walk after sitting n this chair only 30 mins. Additionally even in the lowest position my feet do not touch the ground well. The components are also cranky and cheap but I guess that’s presumable given the price point of this chair. The return eligibility of the chair is only 14 days which is way too short so be careful with it!
