Packaging and assembly instructions are some of the best I've seen. I only wish that the arms and lumbar support were a bit more adjustable than they are.

I had this chair in a different color for years and it held up great no wear very comfortable and not too difficult to assemble. I switched out the casters right away for rollerblade style wheels and it works great with them. It's adjustable and ergonomic though there are limits- the neck rest isn't high enough for me so I took it off. But I'm happy with it and consider it a great value.

LOVE the color and the chair for our home office. Hubby put it together and in no time I was enjoying using it at our home office computer station. It's comfortable perfect ergo-fit as we both have back problems due to previous old office chair finally giving out (OLD/WORN). Price was fantastic (plus discount) and it I LOVE HOME DELIVERY - so STAPLES is a great place to shop online and in-store (McMinnville location) - very nice staff helpful and the store is wide big and CLEAN! I didn't know what to expect of this chair but I'm pleasantly surprise at its sturdiness and relative comfort. I wish the armrests had more adjustability (not just up or down) but I can live with them. This is great value for the money.
