This chair is good for the price. The arms are a bit narrow but pretty good overall. The seat and back are also pretty comfortable. The rolling base is surprisingly good. The head rest is completely unusable unless you are under 5 foot tall. The curved portions of the headrest that protrude forward are touching the tops of my shoulder blades and I'm only 6'2". I had to remove it to make the chair usable. The older office depot Quantum $299 chair was miles better in every way and certainly worth the price difference.

I bought this chair about 3-5 years ago and it is simply so comfortable and durable. I regretted not getting a second one at the time as I could have used one. Now I set up a new office and had to purchase another chair so I returned; this time I got my favorite color as well (burgundy) and it is so comfortable I can work long hours and still feel refreshed.

We purchased two. I love mine and find it very comfortable and easy to operate. My husband does not like his; he finds the seat uncomfortable. He has added a cushion. They were very easy to assemble.

Good quality strong comfortable. Not recommended for anyone over 6 feet tall. The head rest and neck rest need to be removed if you are over 6 feet tall.
