Very good intersection of comfort and utility. Not the pillow-soft kind you mire up in and take a nap but as comfortable as you should get when you're trying to work. You can however get a pretty good nap with its backward tilt and headrest. Also I love the red color. I almost bought a black one to match the one I already had but am so glad I decided to mix instead of match them.

Most comfortable office chair without paying arm and leg

I work 8 hours per day minimum in front of my computer and this chair is by far the most comfortable I have tried. Very sturdy and the mesh makes sitting for a long time a pleasure. I also like the headrest which comes in handy when leaning all the way back especially when using an ottoman to fully recline. I could code 24/7 in this cruising position. Highly recommended.

When my chair was delivered I was uncertain it would be easy to assemble. But it turned out to be rather easy with the step by step instructions. They even packaged separately the parts I needed for each step. No way to get things wrong!

I have 3 of these in my home. In all 3 of them the foam padding that sits along the front edge of the seat has come out. We have to keep putting it back in. It breaks and then you have to keep putting in all the pieces like a puzzle. I contacted them about it and they sent me new seats and instructions on how to get the seat off and put the new seat on. One problem: We can NOT get the seat off. No matter what we do we can't get it off. Also one of the chairs the gas thing that holds the seat in place doesn't work. So they sent me that part too. We can't get the seat off so how in the world can we possibly replace that. What a waste. 3 of these chairs and they all have problems. Save your money. Find a different chair.

For me this was it. I decided to go for it and order online this beautifully design mesh chair in red easy to assemble plus the head rest was perfect. It is sturdy comfortable good for extra time spent on chair. Sitting back.. to relax with the adjustable armrest well that's it. Great chair for the price.
