I've had this chair at 2 different jobs. It is amazing! It is very comfortable and supportive. I have lower back pain and switching to this chair has help a great deal.

The cushion made the difference

Once I bought a cushion to go on the seat I like the chair very much. Prior to adding the cushion (a covered memory foam cushion with a "non-skid" bottom) I found the mesh to be rather scratchy through my work dress pants.

This was one of the best office chair deals that I have found and I have been through a few. I've had this chair for about a year now and it's still fantastic. I have lower back issues and this is sometimes the only place that I can sit comfortably. The mesh is great as it breathes and I don't sweat. Just be aware of what you have in your back pockets so you don't damage the mesh. I use mine daily and it still looks brand new. Just adjust it the way you want it and enjoy. Oh I got the red because it was cheaper and it doesn't look like all of the typical black office stuff that you see.
