The chair is decent. Easy enough to assemble. It's comfortable to a point but not great for bigger/taller people over long sitting periods. (I'm 6'2" 240lbs). The back is adjustable and has a locking mechanism. The neck support is really wonky. It helps but does not maintain its position and has limited adjustability. It's a good chair for 4-5 hours of sitting for someone under 200lbs.

I'm really enjoying my new computer chair. I'm retired spend a lot of time on genealogy and other things on my PC so I need a comfortable chair on which to sit or I get backaches etc. This chair has made a noticeable difference on how I feel after a couple hours on the computer - worth every penny! I'd highly recommend it for anyone with back or hip problems. The mesh material is also cooler. My only complaint is that I wish the headrest was more adjustable. Like I said - great chair!

And I really hope it holds up better than it’s predecessor- same brand one model earlier and the back is bent at about 15/20 degrees… fortunately I spent the $20 for insurance…
