I love this chair

I have neck and back problems and this chair is wonderful for me. It’s sturdy. I can pull in close to my desk so I don’t have to lean in to type. The high back is very supportive and the lumbar support can be moved into place. I didn’t think I’d be using the neck support but I actually do use it to rest my neck. I can’t lean back to it when I type but it’s there for a nice rest. It’s well made sturdy when I have to pick something up off the floor. The wheels are fine (I have a solid floor under them). Very comfortable in every way for me.

This office chair was very easy to assemble and to adjust. The mesh seat back and headrest are extremely comfortable and keep the body cool. Great color as well!

I like this chair well-enough to have bought two of 'em -- office and home.One-size-fits-all means compromises: the front-to-rear dimension is a bit skimpy for me.The head-rest can't be locked in position. It tends to slide down.Still overall I think the chair offers excellent value for the price.

Love the color and it is pretty comfortable overall. I like that the seat is mesh too. The material is somewhat rough which isn't a problem if you are wearing pants and not shorts (or i imagine a skirt) My only complaint is that the headrest seems to be a bit too low in that it hits the bottom of my neck/shoulder area more than my head. I'm not tall 5'10" on a good day. I have it adjusted all the way up. It is fine when reclining but sitting upright it is sometimes uncomfortable.
