Pretty nice quality had to replace after first 2 weeks

Nice chair comfortable and seems like a good quality product. Only issues was that the piston that controls the chair height was faulty so returned to Staples and got a fast and courteous exchange. All good with the new chair.

I have neck and back problems and this chair is wonderful for me. It’s sturdy. I can pull in close to my desk so I don’t have to lean in to type. The high back is very supportive and the lumbar support can be moved into place. I didn’t think I’d be using the neck support but I actually do use it to rest my neck. I can’t lean back to it when I type but it’s there for a nice rest. It’s well made sturdy when I have to pick something up off the floor. The wheels are fine (I have a solid floor under them). Very comfortable in every way for me.
