Have had the chair since September 2017. First issue was the headrest which I couldn't use comfortably because it is too low at full height (I'm 5'11"). Took that off and it was great. Comfortable for many hours at a time. Now a year later the mesh is starting to sag in both the back and seat (I'm 180 lbs) which puts a lot more pressure through my low back so I can't sit for more than an hour or so. In addition the foam on the left arm rest has torn at the seam. Not such a big deal but annoying nonetheless. Great chair initially but the longevity isn't inspiring.

I work 8-10 hours a day at my desk and needed a super durable and comfy office chair. I love this thing! Perfect addition to my work day. I did have this chair assembled in store so I wasn’t able to adjust the arms. I discovered I would need tools to adjust the placement of the arms. Something to think about if you are planning to have it assembled by the store.
