The FlexFit Hyken Mesh Task Chair is better than I expected. It's very well built and sturdy. The chair supports my back and I have no problem sitting in the chair for my 8 hour workday!!!

This is my second purchase of this chair the first was seven years ago in black. Perhaps the process has changed but I didn't remember the assembly being this easy. Everything is laid out labeled and packaged to guide you step by step. It's as comfortable as the seven-year-old chair and as a bonus the top height adjustment is a couple of inches higher than the old chair.

I’m about to return this product because the thing Staples sent is obviously used. There are scuff marks all over the plastic on the back is cracked and the way it was packed makes it look like someone shoved the pieces into the box. I’ve never seen anything like it. Every single part is damaged and dusty.

This is an extremely comfortable and sturdy desk chair. The only "con" is the difficulty of assembly. The directions are clear and the parts are appropriately marked; however the weight and necessary positioning of the parts makes it a real task worthy of some time on the floor as you manipulate the parts and Allen wrench them into position. Other than that it's a good buy and an excellent product.
