I like the chair very much and it works well for my office layout. The lumbar support is very good and I like the headrest. The only downside is the tension for the recline can not get very firm so when you lean back you go all the way back very easily. Hoping more tweeking on the tension will fix that.

delivery was very fast . They put box inside my house Im 86. Directions were perfect! Allen wrench screws very difficult to turn for me...but in one hour I was sitting on it..I love it...I would give it Five Stars....

Durable Chair

My last Hyken chain lasted about 4 years. This one is more durable than the last and less comfortable as a tradeoff. Usually the lift will fail first causing the chair to sink down when you sit on it and then the armrests will crack from use. This new model has harder plastic armrests which should be more durable and the seat has no cushion but again more durable than the last chair. I can live with the lack of comfort but I am still concerned with the long term reliability of the lift.
