Theses chairs are awesome for lower back and neck. The neck portion by using adjustable arms. The back is definately great for adjusting and helping you sit properly. The mesh seats are as said.

Comfortable office chair if you spend a lot of time in front of PC

One of the best chairs that I have used at work. I am 6' 4" and most of the chairs out there are not ideal for me. It took a bit of effort to put it together but well worth it. The head rest is perfect for my needs. I tend to sit for hours at work plugging away on the computer and the breathable seat makes a load of difference. Only downside I have felt is that if I'm wearing jeans and sit for a long time my leg feels pain after a while at the knees because of the strain on the muscles with the seat.

with store..with help in store..delivery..packaging..esp.concise labeling...and the chair (what a bargain) adjustable cool (in this hot weather.) I spend many hours in comfort through the day. I have to take some of the credit for my lucky purchase with help from spouse and son because we did our research and comparisons of stores and chairs
