Super comfortable chair I can easily sit for hours without getting uncomfortable. I use the chair in a carpeted room so I did change the wheels out for a different kind in lieu of getting a plastic mat to roll on but otherwise I’m loving it so far.

The chair is very comfortable and moves around quite easily. The young man that helped my decision making at Staples was very good. The one thing that could be improved was the instructions for putting it together. If you are not somewhat "mechanical" you will have difficulty deciphering the instructions.

but close enough - main complaint - can't get arm rest down far enough to rest arm on it and handle a mouse- nor can I can swing it out of the way If i lower the chair it works but i'd prefer to be higher so my legs aren't bent
