Unpacked and looked over installation instructions.Got to work and all iyems were in seperate packs all numbered in sequence. Very well built and comfortable. Do not tear off the white tag under the seat as it is needed if a warranty claim is required

the chair is supportive lightweight and you dont get hot in the seat. and it is aesthethically beautiful. i wish the headrest had an up and down adjustment so it could be brought a litte lower like an inch or so. right now the headrest is in my ears. but a great chair overall and it is super easy to assemble. it even came with its own tool for assembly.

The biggest advantage for me is the ability to lean back in the chair. I spend 10 hours a day at my beak. I get pain between my shoulder blades. This releases this discomfort.
