This is a very comfortable chair. The headrest height may not be for everyone so you might want to take it off. For assembly i would recommend using the box it came with. You will understand why.

I sit at my computer for 10-16 hours a day. After the first week of COVID-19 WFH I had to replace my old office chair with no back support. This chair is great. No more back pain. Lumbar support is perfect for me. Solid construction. Easy to assemble. Mesh allows for air flow. Adjustable height arm rests and rock or lock are nice. Rolls nicely on the carpet mat. The red is nice not too bold but adds a little color to my home office. I'm 5'8" 170 lbs so this chair is perfect for me. Very pleased with this purchase.
