Nice Chair but wish it was a more adjustable

Chari meets expectations. Some minor struggles with assembly: plastic from of chair back was slightly cover the screw holes for the head-support insert but after some flexing of the plastic it went in. It would be nice if the head-support was more adjustable along the length of the neck. (I probably have a longer than average neck so the support does not support my head perfectly.)

Comfortable for a Shorter Person

I tried all of the chairs at Staples and liked the Hyken Technical Mesh Task Chair best. It suited my frame as I am only 5' 1" tall. I especially liked the fact that my back rests on the back of the chair and gives great support. I always sat forward in my old chair and my back was never supported. I also like the head rest. When leaning back the chair can turn into a recliner. Taller people in my office tried the chair and did not like it. It was on sale when I purchased it for $100.00 off the regular price so it was a good bargain. All in all I'm very pleased with the chair.
