Firstly we ordered black. It came in red. So I decided to keep it because the hassle of taking it back was too much. Tried all of the chairs on the showroom floor. This one best suited my needs. Went together easily until the very end. The head rest was not aligned with the holes in the backrest. Again too much effort to return it. A repairman working in our home carved out some of the plastic on the rear back. It allowed space to put the screws in. The one thing that I appreciate most is the fact is that the 5 floor arms are in one piece. My last office chair had 4 or 5 leg extensions individually connected. I was constantly having to reattach them. Not a problem with this chair. Otherwise the chair is well constructed and orthopedically correct for people with back problems.

A solid Chair. So far so good and quite comfortable. I do use a seat pillow since it’s kind of hard and the head piece doesn’t really fit but other than that it is a great chair. I love the red color!

Good chair I now have at least 7 of them. Easy to assemble and everyone seems to like them. No complaints. The head rest is a little in the way for very talll people but you can remove it if wanted.
