I don't often write reviews but this chair is one of the best I have ever had. For the price you can't beat it. Great for my back and posture it is so comfortable to sit in. I have 2 at home and 2 in my office! I love this chair!

I would have rated it 5 stars with excellent assembly instructions and well made parts but when I got to the literally last screw to attach headrest screw didn't engage. Blind machined hole for which screw can only be oriented to properly without the headrest.

The headrest angle adjusts but not it’s height - nor does the height of the back adjust. I’m 5’11” and the headrest pokes the tops of my shoulders. The lumbar support adjusts about 1 inch and is still too low for me poking my hips.
