After many years and after sitting in my old chair for several days and experiencing back pain I decided to replace what I had. I couldn’t be happier. The chair is the right shape the right height and the lumbar (after a couple of days) is making my back happy. Later in the day I do add a Comfit cushion suggested by others in their reviews. All-in-all I am very delighted with this purchase.

Love the chair it is so comfortable and it was on sale. However Staples sale price and online price were different. There was confusion on billing address and shipping address so they sent a chair to each?? More confusion! Not my favorite store to complicated....
