The assembly instructions are great. Everything has arrows to remind you. Even they screws are in separate pouches labeled step 2 3. The chair itself is great. Mesh bottom my back and tailbone done feel compression. Reasonable size. Worth it if you are using it full time.

The best I can say is that it is very well ventilated. Now the seat is too narrow for me (pinches on the sides of my legs where it curves up. The head rest is a joke really need that thing on a work chair? Same thing for the arms not needed if you are really using it for work unless you absolutely can’t keep your balance. Luckily it was easy to loose those bad boys. Finally the castors the ones this chair came with are hard for carpeted floors. I’ve always had a pad under my chairs at my desk whether there was carpet or bare wood on the floor it saves wearing out both surfaces. So I had to order extra castors. Altogether I would have looked for another chair.
